Template project for a production station
We combined the requirements of two standards into one template project, which the client’s team could use to develop further stations.

Project goal
We created a sample station project that combined the requirements of two standards and could serve as a base for engineers designing real stations.
Project timeline
The stages in the order the scope was delivered.
- 01 / Stage
CE and CC cabinets
We designed the power distribution cabinet and the cabinet with the PLC and drives.
- 02 / Stage
Sample station
We drew a sample drive, motor, sensors and operator panel, designed to be useful to the engineers who would follow.
- 03 / Stage
Parts check
We checked in SAS whether the parts used were approved, and replaced those that were not.
- 04 / Stage
Review rounds
The project was assessed by the end client and went through several more versions based on the direct client’s comments.
- 05 / Stage
Pneumatic installation
We designed the pneumatic installation and made the corrections requested after the client’s review.
Challenge
The project did not refer to a single existing station. It had to be specific enough to show correct solutions and general enough for the engineers who would build on it. We also had to reconcile different approaches to the safety systems.
Result
The outcome was a complete electrical and pneumatic template, which the client could develop for specific production stations.
