In short: the only data we receive from you is what you type into the contact form. The site stores no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks no one.

What data we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, the message itself and — optionally — your company name. Separately, the provider hosting this site records standard server logs: IP address, request time and browser type. This is a technical requirement of running any website. We do not combine those logs with form data and do not use them to identify individuals.
Why, and on what legal basis
We process form data in order to answer your enquiry and, where it leads there, to prepare a quotation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. For the correspondence itself the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in working together.
Who we share data with
Messages from the form are delivered by the transactional email service Resend (Resend, Inc.), acting as a processor. The company is based in the United States and the transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Beyond that, data may be processed by our hosting provider to the extent needed to keep the site running. We do not sell data, do not share it for marketing purposes and do not pass it to anyone other than the parties named above.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry, and afterwards for the limitation period of any potential claims. If the contact does not lead to cooperation, we delete the message no later than twelve months after the last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, a message to pawel.zebrowski@pdi-automation.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Is providing data mandatory
No. Providing data is entirely voluntary — but without an email address and a message we will not be able to answer your enquiry.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
The site stores no cookies and no other data in your browser. We use neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics tool. We carry out no profiling and make no automated decisions. The IBM Plex typefaces are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts. Loading them sends no request from your browser to any external provider.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
