Design

SPDT switch symbol on an engineering grid

Complete electrical installation designs in EPLAN Electric P8. Requirements analysis, control concepts, detailed technical designs. Wiring diagrams for switchgear and machines, cable plans, terminal lists, bills of materials.

Technical consulting

Diode symbol on an engineering grid

Safety systems compliant with PN EN ISO 13849-1 (verified in SISTEMA). Thermal analysis of control cabinets and selection of ventilation solutions. Consulting across electrical engineering, mechatronics and process technology. Cooperation with automation integrators from concept to maintenance.

Supervision and commissioning

Supervision of electrical installation work for automated production lines, semi-automatic workstations and robotic cells. Project management for rollouts in automotive, intralogistics, FMCG and BMS. Coordination with contractors, commissioning, validation, handover.

Building management systems

  • Cooling and ventilation. Server rooms cannot tolerate temperature fluctuations. We design CRAC, CRAH and free-cooling control systems that keep conditions within the required range regardless of load or season.

  • A power outage in a server room cannot interrupt operations. We design automatic transfer systems, integrate UPS units and generators into one power chain, and monitor every supply path independently.

  • A leak beneath a raised floor costs more than the entire sensor system. We place temperature, humidity and leak detection sensors so issues are visible before they reach the cabinets.

  • This is where every design assumption meets reality. We design control cabinets, select controllers and I/O modules, produce EPLAN schematics and take responsibility for what is actually installed.

  • Access control and fire detection cannot operate separately from the rest of the building. We design them as one system, with a shared bus, a common event set and one operator interface.

  • Building systems speak different languages, while operators need one. We integrate BACnet, Modbus and KNX into a consistent management platform and deliver the data wherever it is needed, including DCIM.

From schematic to commissioning.

Frequently asked questions

  • It depends on the scale. A simple switchgear design takes 2–3 weeks; a complete production line with dozens of stations takes 3–6 months. We set the exact schedule once we have analysed the requirements.

  • As standard: PN EN ISO 13849-1 (safety of control systems), Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, IEC 61439 (switchgear assemblies). For German customers we also apply VDE standards.

  • The client. All technical documentation — EPLAN, bills of materials, diagrams — is handed over to the client in standard formats.

  • Yes. Our clients are companies from Europe, North America and Asia. We produce documentation in Polish, English and German, depending on what the client needs.

  • A free consultation (30–60 minutes) to understand the project. On that basis we prepare a quotation within 5–7 business days. The quotation is binding for the agreed scope.

  • Yes, either under a body leasing arrangement or as part of commissioning supervision. Our engineers regularly work on site at customers across Europe.

  • Our core tools: EPLAN Electric P8, EPLAN Pro Panel for switchgear, SISTEMA for safety verification. For specific projects we select the tools to match the client.
